We are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely and transparently within the United Kingdom.
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
1. UK Delivery Area
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery coverage includes:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
Additional charges may apply for:
- Scottish Highlands
- Offshore islands
- Remote UK locations
If an additional charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.
During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard UK Mainland Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Large / Heavy Items (e.g. power stations over 20kg): 3–7 working days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or location.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer FREE standard delivery within the United Kingdom on all portable power stations and selected products.
There are no hidden charges for standard UK mainland delivery.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Scottish Highlands
- Offshore islands
- Certain remote UK locations
If an additional delivery surcharge applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost. You will have the option to proceed or cancel your order.
From time to time, we may offer upgraded delivery services at checkout where available.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including:
- Courier details
- Tracking number
- Tracking link
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
6. Delivery Requirements
Due to the size and weight of certain products:
- Deliveries are typically kerbside only
- A signature may be required
- You may need to assist the courier for heavier items
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
If delivery fails due to absence or refusal, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
We will review the case and arrange replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
8. Split Shipments
Where appropriate, items in the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
9. Pre-Orders & Back Orders
If an item is marked as Pre-Order or Back Order:
- An estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page
- Payment is taken at time of purchase
- You will be notified once the item is dispatched
