Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms & Conditions 

1.1. By accessing and participating in the affiliate program, affiliates agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. 
1.2. The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be updated on this page and will take immediate effect upon publication. 
1.3. All commissions are subject to eligibility, compliance with these terms, and company approval. 

1.4 Data Protection: Users are required to safeguard their personal data and ensure its security at all times. 

2. Eligibility & Restrictions 

2.1. The affiliate program is open to both individuals and businesses who meet the company’s requirements. 
2.2. The company reserves the right to reject any application or remove an affiliate at its discretion. 

2.3 Eligibility: Participation is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. 

3. Referral & Affiliate Program 

3.1. The referral program allows affiliates to earn a 2.5% commission on purchases made by new customers using their unique referral code. 
3.2. The referred customer will receive a 2.5% discount on their first purchase. 
3.3. Commissions are only applicable on eligible purchases and exclude taxes, shipping, and additional fees. 

4. Fraud & Misuse Policy 

4.1. Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to: 

• Fake transactions or unauthorized use of referral codes. 

• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate earnings. 

4.2. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, with forfeiture of unpaid commissions. 
4.3. The company reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action. 

5. Affiliate Responsibilities & Compliance 

5.1. Affiliates must disclose their promotional relationship in compliance with advertising laws and regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines, ASA requirements). 
5.2. The following marketing practices are strictly prohibited: 

• Spamming (unsolicited emails, comments, or messages). 

• Misleading advertising or false claims about the company or its products. 

• Bidding on branded keywords in paid search campaigns. 

• Using deceptive domain names or impersonating the company. 

5.3. The company reserves the right to terminate partnerships that violate these marketing rules. 

6. Payment & Payout Threshold Policy 

6.1. Payout Schedule: Affiliates will receive payments by the 5th of every month, starting 15 days after the delivery of the referred purchase, aligning with the company’s 15-day return policy. 
6.2. Rollover Policy: If a purchase falls within the 15 days before the 5th of the month, the payout will roll over to the next month’s payment cycle. 
6.3. Pro-Rata Basis: Commissions are calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer after discounts or refunds. 
6.4. Payments will be made via [bank transfer/PayPal/etc.], and affiliates are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment details.  

7. Referral Code Validity 

7.1. Referral codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. 
7.2. Codes may be used an unlimited number of times within their validity period. 
7.3. The company may review and extend or expire referral codes at its discretion. 

8. Termination Clause 

8.1. The company may terminate or suspend an affiliate’s account under the following conditions: 

• Violation of these terms and conditions. 

• Suspected fraudulent activity. 

• Non-compliance with marketing guidelines. 

8.2. If an affiliate is removed for non-compliance or fraud, all pending commissions will be forfeited. 
8.3. Affiliates may voluntarily terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice. In such cases, any unpaid eligible commissions will be processed in the next payout cycle. 

9. Ownership of Marketing Materials & Trademarks 

9.1. Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials. 
9.2. Modification, misuse, or misrepresentation of the company’s branding, including logos, images, and trademarks, is strictly prohibited. 
9.3. Affiliates are not permitted to create websites, social media pages, or advertisements that impersonate the company or its official channels. 

10. Liability & Legal Jurisdiction 

10.1. The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program. 

10.2. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any Reward may be subject to local income tax in the UK. It is entirely your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any Reward. Infinity will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any Reward as part of this Promotion. 
10.3. The affiliate program is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be handled under English and Welsh legal jurisdiction. 
10.4. Affiliates agree to attempt amicable resolution of disputes before pursuing legal action.
