Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the moment you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking details. In case you decide to cancel after your order has been dispatched or refuse delivery, please be mindful that you will be responsible for the original shipping charge and a return shipping fee ranging between £100-350, depending on the model and shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot intercept or cancel orders once they have shipped.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when received. It should also be in the original packaging. Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues you might face with the product. However, if the issue cannot be resolved, we will process your return. Please note, you may be charged the original shipping fee and return shipping fee of £100-350 at our discretion for any returns or exchanges. If you accidentally order the wrong product, this policy will apply.

Special Consideration for Defective Products

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. However, if within 15 days of arrival, you find your product to have major defects or damage, we will offer an exchange or a full refund.
